ISO 27001:2005 Certification

Cloud Technology Solutions are a ISO 27001:2005 certification organisation, this is the highest certification standard in information security from the International Standards Organisation (ISO).

What is ISO 27001:2005?

The ISO 27001 is an international Information Security Management System (ISMS). It has been based on the previous BS 7799 standard and is used to assist businesses in managing Information Security.

The ISO 27001 is a recognised set of elements against which to assist a business in evaluating the effectiveness of its information security measures, the integrity of its own information as well as ensuring legal compliance (such as the Data Protection Act).

Although most Information Security Management Systems are focused on Information Communication Technology, the standard is also pertinent to other forms of company information including paper records images and conversations.
