Moon Climbing needed a single instance of Google Apps for both the UK domain and USA sub-domain with the ability for users in both to be able to cover for each other.

CTS configured Google Apps for moonclimbing.com with usa.moonclimbing.com as a domain alias allowing users to appear in both domains. CTS also created email aliases for generic addresses like info@moonclimbing.com to be routed to named users.

An added benefit of using email through Google Apps alongside CRM from Brightpearl is that information from Brightpearl can be viewed in a gadget alongside the email within the Gmail interface.
