Cloud Google Migrator 1.5.6.0 Released
A new build of the Cloud Google Migrator has been released which brings enhanced support for nested labels and adds resource support for GroupWise systems.
Through Google labs, a feature called ‘Nested Labels’ can be enabled with your Google mail account. This requires labels to be in a specific format with nested levels separated with a ‘/’ character. The feature also requires that sub-labels exist, so for example to have nested labels for the folder structure ‘Support/Customers’, labels of both ‘Support’ and ‘Support/Customers’ must exist. A new feature ‘Create Sub Labels’ has been added to ensure this always happens and enables full support for nested labels with no label manipulation required. Note that sub labels are only created for labels that actually have messages associated with them. In this way folders that contain nothing at all (at all folder levels) will not create labels, but folders that contain messages, but may have empty parent folders will have labels created.
Support for migrating GroupWise resources has also been added to the tool. They are indicated in the user list with a different icon from a normal user, but in all other ways should be treated the same. They also require a license per resource.
A problem with the UI not always updating for some users, especially with failed migrations has also been resolved.
