Directory Tool for Android

“Cloud Colleague” Google Apps Lookup is an Android application that functions like a phonebook and email directory for your corporate organization. Use the app to find contact information for people in your Google Apps domain, and add people to your contact list. The app is an easy, convenient way for you to find your colleagues’ contact info on the go.

You can type (or speak) a coworker’s name or email address into your Android phone, and Cloud Colleague will list information on that user, like their phone, email, and office location, and physical location using their GPS depending on what shared contact data your domain administrator has enabled.

Using Cloud Colleague users will have direct access to their corporate Google directory from anywhere in the world.

The Android Application will allow you to:-

• List Contacts from the Google Apps domain
• Sync one-way from Google Apps -> Phone
• Search for users within the entire Google Apps domain using partial text searches
• Download and Sync contact information such as phone, photo etc.
• Ability to call, or text the user directly from the interface.

Using Lookup

Search for a user’s contact information by typing their name, phone number or other details into the search bar.

This brings up a list of people who match your query.

Click on their name to go to their profile page.

What type of contact information can I find ?

It depends how much shared contact information your Google Apps administrator has enabled for your domain. Many small businesses might have only email and an office phone number listed in their Global Address List, but Cloud Colleague Google Apps Lookup can support any of these categories:
