Platinum Support
Platinum Support is a unique solution designed to provide assurance of direct customer support 24 x 7 x 365. Support incidents can be logged during or outside of the working day, with experts on hand to analyse and resolve issues efficiently with unique escalation routes into Google support services.
Gold Support
Gold Support provides customers with access our customer service desk with one hour response times for critical incidents.
Gold Support is designed for organisations who don’t need access round the clock but are able to log incidents between 09:00 and 17:00 during the week.
Silver Support
Silver Support is a basic level of support service available provides customers with access to support with a four hour response times for high priority incidents.
Bronze Support is designed for organisations who don’t need access round the clock but are able to log incidents between 09:00 and 17:00 during the week. Escalation can be arranged to the vendor during working hours.
