G Suite has had an enormously positive impact on HE Simm, revolutionising how the employees work together. With over 200 members of staff, 185 of them are currently using Google Apps.
After the initial setup and email migration, CTS supported the business by looking at a number of related issues including migrating their file systems over to Google Drive. In addition they moved another of HE Simm’s companies over to G Suite.
With the new solution in place, the firm’s users no longer have to monitor and toggle between disconnected systems or manually track down customer information from disparate sources. Instead, they now have a central platform that integrates critical data from all over the business into a single, easy to navigate location. At the heart of such change is the fact that the communication and collaboration between staff has been massively improved.
Now nearly a year after the initial Service Cloud implementation, the firm has already noticed significant improvements in its service environment. Some of the most noticeable benefits include the ability to collaborate more effectively and efficiently. Other benefits are being felt as HE Simm expand from there current offices in Liverpool, London and Warrington to other regions. Google provides an easy interface for managing new users and groups, as well as making it easy for users to access their email and collaborate from anywhere.
